The hotel offers a comfortable stay with beautiful pool area views; the room upgrade to Santrian Club ground floor was amazing despite limited room size. The lack of kids at the pool area is a definite plus point for a peaceful stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was modern, spacious, and had a lovely bath. The lush gardens filled with squirrels, butterflies, and birds were a charming touch. The pool area was right by the beach, offering plenty of shade from the trees and lots of sun beds. The lunch options were delicious with a good variety. Choosing a room in the Premier Deluxe Block with an adult-only infinity pool was a great decision, even though it did not have sea views.

Staying at this hotel felt just like being home. The rooms were very nice, clean, and close to what was shown in the pictures. I also loved the afternoon tea and exclusive access to the great private pool, which made my stay extra enjoyable. The service was absolutely wonderful; the front desk staff, especially Yuli and Lou Lou, were amazing. The location was very pretty and not too crowded, offering easy access to the top of Sanur along the beachfront path. The dining experience covered all the basics but could use a bit more variety. The facilities were well-serviced and spotless, making my time here very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were fabulous, modern, spacious, and clean, although they did get a bit moist at times due to Bali's humidity. The balcony overlooking the pool was a lovely touch, and the storage space was more than enough for a week's worth of clothes. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff organizing day trips and making my stay incredible. The location was superb, perfect for a quieter stay yet still close to bars, restaurants, and shops.
